Welcome Home Package $200

For getting a good start at home!

I will meet you once you return home or midwives leave your home to help settle and calm new parent worries. Meal prep, helping with finalizing house set up with new baby, errands, breastfeeding or sibling support as needed and much more. This is a four hour shift and services must be contracted prior to birth.

Postpartum Doula Package $800 -20 hours

Getting the care and compassion you deserve after birth!

Transitioning into parenthood can be a vulnerable time. Postpartum doulas can help with emotional support, new baby care, lactation/feeding support, postpartum recovery, light housework, laundry, nourishing meal prep, and much more. Our job is to care for your whole family during this time with a focus on helping you connect with your baby.

*Postpartum planning session by 37 weeks of pregnancy

* (5) 4 hour sessions to help you adjust to life with baby

*Phone/email support during the early days of parenting

*Reduced hourly fee after initial 20 hours
