Welcome Home Package $200
For getting a good start at home!
I will meet you once you return home from the hospital or midwives leave your home to help settle and calm new parent worries. Meal prep, helping with finalizing house set up with new baby, errands, breastfeeding or sibling support as needed and much more. This is a four hour shift and services must be contracted prior to birth.
Postpartum Doula Package $800 -20 hours

Transitioning into parenthood can be a vulnerable time. Postpartum doulas can help with emotional support, new baby care, lactation/feeding support, postpartum recovery, light housework, laundry, nourishing meal prep, and much more. Our job is to care for your whole family during this time with a focus on helping you connect with your baby.
*Postpartum planning session by 37 weeks of pregnancy
* (5) 4 hour sessions to help you adjust to life with baby
*Phone/email support during the early days of parenting
*Reduced hourly fee after initial 20 hours
Overnight Doula Care- $40/ hour

Caring for your baby or babies is a 24/7 job. You are tired, irritable, and need sleep to heal and be the best you possible! Let me help you! I can come to your home late in the evening and stay until early morning so that you can get a good stretch of sleep. If you are breastfeeding I will bring baby to you to feed and then take care of the rest. If you are pumping I can get baby’s milk and then take care of the feeding and extra milk storage. Formula feeding, I can handle it all!

Breast or chest feeding is an excellent way to nourish your baby. My goal is to support you through that journey. This is a new skill that both you and your baby must learn to navigate. While my hope is that it is an easy transition for you, I also know that it can be challenging and frustrating. You need support! As a Certified Lactation Counselor, I am able to provide guidance and suggestions to help make this more seamless. We will focus on positioning, technique, and how to get this relationship off to a good start!
